Our mission is simple. If we would not serve it on our table, it is not good enough for your family. We want to grow the highest quality hops and produce with as little impact to the environment as possible. We will never run after trendy titles but We always try to do what is right for the land and the up coming generations. We do not use heavy impact pesticides like seven and malathion unless absolutely necessary. We use home made garlic spray, B.T. and Neem oil as our 1st line of defense. We also are bee friendly. We spray our pest management at twilight when the bees are in their hives. We pick seeds that are meant to grow in the south, which allows us to use less pesticides. We want to help protect the water shed and the land.
